As a leading company that produces Adhesive and Coat in Indonesia, we looking for the potential candidate to join to be Sr. Brand Marketing with qualification and responsibilities below :

Requirement & Key Skills :

• Male / Female, with max. 35 years old. Has background in Marketing or related fields
• Proven working experience in brand marketing or brand managing role
• Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies
• Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns
• Has strong experience and ability to manage and allocate budgets
• Experience with and an understanding of market research
• Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices
• Has Analytical skills and attention to detail
• Time and project management skills, including the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time
• An ability to think strategically and come up with campaigns

Responsibilities :

1. Carrying out market research in order to keep up to date with customer trends, as well as trying to predict future trends
2. Developing strategies and managing marketing campaigns across print, broadcast and online platforms to ensure that products and services meet customers’ expectations and to build the credibility of brands
3. Analysing the success of marketing campaigns and creating reports
4. Supervise advertising, product design and other forms of marketing to maintain consistency in branding
5. Organising events such as product launches, exhibitions and photo shoots
